Roylco Industrial has a history of going above and beyond to solve problems that our partners face.

A case study:

One of our automotive partners faced a daunting problem: operators had to throw away many large, costly parts because one or several of the die cut components were adhered to the part incorrectly. This problem was costing operators valuable time and heavily contributing to part waste.

Our partner asked if we had any suggestions, and the lightbulb ideas started. Rather than Roylco Industrial simply handing off the die-cut parts to our partners for assembly, we would assemble the parts onto a simple kitting surface that prevented misalignment and thus prevented the need to throw away parts altogether.

Once the samples were tested, we were off to the races. The operating line was able to increase production dramatically and reduce part waste. As an added bonus, our partner was able to reduce floorspace devoted to this job because the parts were already kitted together—dropping the part bins needed on the floor from 6 bins to 1 bin.
